Our comprehensive service ensures a seamless booking process for 3-star to 4-star hotels with stellar reviews, Free breakfast, accommodating 1 Adult per room for 2 nights. Guests need only provide their personal details, which will be securely shared with the chosen hotels. Check-in and check-out times will adhere to the respective hotel’s policies. Information and Timeline for Booking

Participants are required to notify Global Conference Alliance of their accommodation requirements at least two months before the commencement of the event and after successful registration of the event.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

A full payment of 1000 US dollars is required to secure the accommodation booking. Cancellation / Transfer is not acceptable in any scenario. Cancellation is only permissible with a 7 days notice, and you will receive the safety refund of US$500

Personal Information Handling

All personal information provided by the guests will be used solely for the purpose of hotel reservations and will be securely shared with the respective hotels.

Room Accommodation

The reserved room will be allocated based on availability and may vary in size and amenities based on the chosen hotel. Accommodation will be provided for a maximum of 2 nights, from the day of arrival.

Special Requirements

If you have any specific requests or need special accommodations due to disabilities or health conditions, make sure to communicate these needs during the booking process.

Check-in and Check-out

Guests are required to adhere to the check-in and check-out times set by the respective hotel. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification

Some hotels might require a valid identification document at check-in, so it’s advisable to carry a government-issued ID, such as a passport or driver’s license.

Additional Charges

Please be advised that any supplementary services utilized in addition to the standard accommodation, including but not limited to room service, mini-bar amenities, or other hotel provisions, will incur extra charges according to the hotel’s regulations. Additionally, a refundable deposit of $500 will be requested from the participant, to be fully reimbursed following a satisfactory check-out process.
