Sana Ramzan is an interdisciplinary scholar trained in accounting and artificial intelligence, based in Canada, with a proven record of developing machine learning models to predict financial distress and detect fraud. Her expertise lies at the intersection of AI, finance, and governance, where she applies data-driven methods to address complex problems in regulatory compliance, corporate transparency, and financial reporting.

She is primarily known for designing and evaluating predictive models that leverage financial ratios, audit disclosures, and unstructured data to enhance fraud detection and forecasting. Her work spans machine learning, deep learning, text analysis, and explainable AI, and has been published in top peer-reviewed journals. With teaching and research experience across Canada, the Middle East, and international conferences, Miss Ramzan brings both a global perspective and academic rigour to her practice.

Sana Ramzan is currently an Assistant Professor at University Canada West, a sessional faculty member at the University of the Fraser Valley, and a Research Analyst at Royal Roads University, where she is completing her Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on AI-driven financial prediction. Moreover, Sana is also the founder of Kashta Events, an event design company based in British Columbia.
