Iftekhar Choudhury is a solutions architect working for Amazon Web Services (AWS). He is primarily focused on the Federal Civilian sector and works with US government agencies on their requirements for a secured, scalable, and cost friendly IT architecture.

A Georgia Institute of Technology alumni, Iftekhar spent a considerable amount of time in his career working with Federal Agencies experiencing major roadblocks due to limited resources in addition to strict compliance and regulatory requirements. His experience as a Data Engineer helped these agencies to come up with robust data architecture and sound data engineering mechanisms enabling large-scale and near real time data analytics. He reflects upon the lesson learned from these challenges, and always stays empathetic to their problems when guiding them towards a solution.

An avid Cloud fanatic, Iftekhar loves to fiddle around with different services that the cloud providers have to offer. He is that kid in the Cloud playground who is constantly searching for ways to come up with architectural solution that are cloud native and cost efficient for his clients. He enjoys reading IT related articles and sharing the knowledge with his peers.
