Ahmed Hoque is a full-time Economics Professor at the Vancouver Island University, BC, Canada. Previously he taught at the University of the Fraser Valley, BC, Thompson Rivers University, BC, University of Victoria, BC and Camosun College, BC, as a part-time or contact faculty. His primary research areas are econometrics, macroeconomics, and nonparametric statistical analysis. Dr. Hoque received his interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Econometrics and Statistics from the University of Victoria, BC and MA in Economics from the University of Manitoba, MB.
