Detailed provision of data and methods to enable accuracy is a fundamental requirement.
Ethical Treatment of Subjects: Consent with ethical standards and legal requirements is mandatory for research involving human or animal subjects. This entails securing informed consent from all participants and abiding by the relevant ethical frameworks and regulations governing such research.
Publication Transparency: Authors are mandated to present their research in a manner that is transparent, comprehensive, and accurate, covering all methods, and results, and affirming any limitations. Furthermore, they must clearly declare any potential conflicts of interest, including financial underpinnings or affiliations.
Correction and Retraction: The conference will take significant actions to adjust or retract publications if errors, misconceptions, or ethical violations are found. This includes issuing corrections with celerity and retracting publications in instances of significant ethical failures or non-reproducibility of results.
