We offer exclusive city tours in Vancouver for conference participants. To ensure the safety, quality, and equity of our services, we’ve come with solemn terms and conditions. Here are the terms and conditions you need to read before booking any packages:

  1. The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, including the substitution of vehicles, routes, and venues, if necessary for safety or operational reasons.
  2. Participants must complete the registration for the conference before booking city tour packages.
  3. All tours must be booked in advance through our website or customer service. It would be non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
  4. A full payment or a deposit is required to secure your booking. However, in case of deposit, final payments must be made before the start of the tour. If the payment is not completed, the booking will be canceled without a refund.
  5. If there are any changes to the tour, including venue, itinerary, and guide, it will be notified to the participants well before the tour.
  6. The company is not responsible for any health-related issues that arise during the tour if they were not disclosed at the time of booking. So, Participants must inform the company of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.
  7. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the tour guide. If anyone fails to do so, they may get excluded from the Tour without a refund.
  8. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour. The company will not be liable for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour unless caused by the company’s negligence.
  9. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other tour participants, the tour guide, and residents. The company reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour if their behavior is disruptive or dangerous without a refund.
  10. The company reserves the right to take photographs and videos during the tour for promotional purposes. Participants who wish to avoid being photographed or filmed must inform the company at the time of booking.
  11. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
