How to Apply to Become Our Agent?
Applying to become our conference agent is a simple and straightforward process. You just need to sign up using our form. If you meet the eligibility requirements and comply with our terms and conditions, you can apply through the following process.
Step 1
Submit the Agent Sign-up Form
Fill out our agent sign-up form with your professional details, including your full name, company name, relevant experience, and target region. If you have additional comments or questions, leave them in the specific field. Make sure all the information is correct and free from error. Submit the form.
Step 2
Application Review & Approval
After you submit the agent sign-up form, our team will verify the information and review your credentials and experience. If you applied correctly and meet all the requirements, we’ll not hold your application for unnecessary reasons. You’ll receive our official mail and notification with further guidelines as soon as we approve your application.
Step 3
Granted the Right to Sell
Once approved, you will be officially granted the right to sell conference tickets within your respective countries. You can promote events through your professional networks, digital platforms, and client base. We’ll permit you to use our logo and branding materials to maximize your reach in selling our conference tickets.

Terms and Conditions for Agents
Before joining as a conference agent with us, it’s important to understand the terms and conditions that we have in place. By signing up, agents agree to comply with these terms to ensure a transparent and professional collaboration.
- The agent must submit their application and be granted the right to sell tickets.
- After being granted, agents are allowed to sell tickets within their respective countries.
- Global Conference Alliance Inc. determines the pricing and terms listed on the official website.
- The Agent must achieve a minimum sales target of ten (10) tickets per month starting from the 3rd month after signing the contract.
- If the minimum sales target is not met, the agreement may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice.
