- Non-Refundable Service: The service fee of 100 USD we take for providing accommodation booking letters is non-refundable and cannot be transferred. That means once you make the payment for the service, it cannot be withdrawn.
- Additional Fee: Getting an accommodation booking letter doesn’t guarantee a reservation without the final payment, the service fee won’t contribute to the final cost. Depending on the room and other services, additional fees will be added to the overall billing.
- Hotel Location: We provide accommodation booking letter services for hotels near downtown of the conference city. The rest of the details about your accommodation, including the hotel name and address, will be disclosed after the full payment for the reservation has been made.

One of our team members will then provide you with hotel details, payment instructions, and other relevant information. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking, and the accommodation will be released to other delegates.
