• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or equivalent) is required for identity verification.
• A clear statement of purpose must be submitted when purchasing the service.
• Missing your scheduled slot without notice may result in a rescheduling fee of USD 50.
• Completed affidavits are issued within two (2) business days after the video call and delivered electronically.
• Personal information and documents are handled according to privacy and data protection laws.
• Commissioning is provided by a licensed Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in compliance with Canadian legal standards.
• Acceptance of the affidavit by embassies or government authorities depends on their own policies. Global Conference Alliance Inc. cannot guarantee acceptance.
• The service fee is USD 100 per affidavit, payable in full before scheduling. The fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
