

Dr. Tracy Adole

Dr. Tracy Adole is a dynamic and innovative organisational leader with over 16 years of experience in program management, research and development, and science-policy integration. A Certified Project Management Professional, she brings a strong background in data-driven approaches and innovative methods for strategic planning and decision-making. Her work spans local, national, and international levels—engaging communities, industries, NGOs, and government institutions.
Tracy holds a Ph.D. in Geography and Environment from the University of Southampton, UK, and currently teaches Physical Geography at Coquitlam College. She also provides research consulting and project management services to educational institutions, research organisations, and non-profits. Her core focus is leveraging data, technology, and partnerships to drive practical solutions for a wide range of environmental initiatives.
Tracy also volunteers in leadership roles with city councils, charities, and public library programs. Outside of work, she enjoys playing piano and chess.
