Do not use a letter that fails verification for a visa application.

Locate the Registration Number and Passport Number printed on the invitation letter. Both must match the details used at registration.

Open an official verification tool
Use only GCA-owned tools: the external portal. Do not enter details into third-party “verification” sites that claim to check GCA letters.
Step 3
Submit and read the result
A successful match confirms the letter is linked to a genuine paid registration (name, conference, and status). “Not found” means do not trust the letter for a visa.
